This tutorial will show you how to create a domain template (hosting plan) in Plesk. If you have configured this task to display a link in your desktop, you can click it directly from here. Otherwise, click Home to go to the main dashboard.
Domain templates allow you to preconfigure as many hosting plans as you like. When it's time to set up a new hosting account, simply choose a template and all the features and limits for the new account are automatically set up. As you can see, there is currently one template in this account. Let's go ahead and create another one now.
Give the new template a name. Typically you would name them the same as you have named your preset plans on your hosting site. Decide what you wish to set as default for unrouted email. Specify if Webmail will be accessible. Continue by filling in all the values and feature for the template (hosting plan). If you do not check off a box, it will show as unlimited in the template.
Well, you get the idea. Just continue to assign values as you wish for this template. One of the features is log rotation. Specify how often you would like them to rotate. Continue configuring the features for this plan. For virtual domain hosting, be sure to check off Physical hosting. If the template is to include FrontPage Extentions, be sure to check it here, as well as check authorization ENABLED.
Again, continue to select features for the new plan. As you can see, a new domain template has been successfully created. You may always return here to create another new domain template or edit an existing one or delete one altogether.
