How to do Arm Circles

This next type of dynamic stretching exercise has many variations. The players, as shown here, first begin by using large arm circles moving in a forwards direction. They then progressively make the circle smaller and smaller. Then the arms are moved in a backwards direction following the same sequence. Of course another option is to work the arms one at a time.
