…bicep curls. This is one of my favorites called 21’s, 21’s is you do seven at the bottom like that to the halfway point and seven pausing in the middle, then seven all the way up, all the way down, all the way up and all the way down. Okay, you go it?
How are you guys doing, all right? All right! Here we go, 21’s. Feet apart, align it with your hips and up.
