Okay guys, Vince DelMonte from YourSixpactQuest.com and we are going through for another video and we are going for another video coaching lesson today. Today we are going to talk about Ab Workouts.
A lot of people say that Abs are made in the kitchen and they are partly true. The reason that is not fully true is because you probably know a lot of skinny guys who have no body fat found on their body yet they do not have a six pack.
So why is that? It is because they do not have any muscle in their abdominals. So, you need to treat your abdominals like any other muscle group and you have to actually build them up so that they pop up like cubicles. So, I am going to take you to one of my favorite Ab workouts. These workouts are actually designed to build muscle on your abs. Make them pop, so when that fat comes off, you actually got nice little six pack.
So, realize that you are not can be doing any crunches on this particular workout. You probably know a lot of people do a lot of crunches and they do not have a six pack either. That is because there is not enough stimulation, there is not enough resistance to break down that muscle tissue and make it grow.
So, let me take you to three of my favorite exercises. You are going to notice this is a pretty challenging one, they are definitely not for the beginners. That’s something you want to build up too. Follow me.
If you have seen Hanging Leg Raises. You really are going to focus on straight legs, bringing your thighs all the way up to your nose. The more rotation you get on your pelvis, the more recruitment from your lower abdominals. We are doing this one first because this is the most challenging, so we are going to do while we are fresh.

Right after that we are going in the wood choppers. We are going to work your abdominal for the way it meant to be work functionally.

Notice guys why I do this? This isn’t golf training. Golf training isn’t going to get you a six pack. We are focusing on a full range of motion and we are focusing on speed.

We start with a stretch exercise, we will do the functional exercise, rotational exercise then we are going into a contraction exercise.

Alright, so I did one circuit on that. In my program, YourSixpackQuest.com will teach you specifically on which days to put that where to put it in your workout, how many sets, how many reps. All those little specifics but I will tell you that those of three of your bread and butter exercises for building up, popping, rock hard, razor sharp abs and you probably heard that 80-20 rule. 80% of your result will come from 20% of the exercises out there. So, focus on the three progressions—full range of motion, speed and then load and that is what you are going to do to get the best results.
For more information on how to get the complete package, how to get the six pack in six months, go to your YourSixpackQuest.com. We will see you soon for another lesson.
