Alright this skill is passing. What we want to do is get in athletic position, typically right foot in front of left, knees bend over the shoes, hips are back, shoulders are up forward, hands together when you pass, thumbs pointing down to the floor.

We want to try to keep it even and stable platform when you pass. Chin is connected to the biceps, make sure when you pass, you transfer your weight forward and of course you are always calling for the ball when you pass. That's the skill of passing.
