Legs out, arms open, close your eyes, relax in the entire weight of your body, head and neck, entire torso, arms, hands, fingers, buttocks, legs, breathing in centered and clear, focus internally. Opening a space at the top of your skull, at the ground chakra, allow white healing light into the top of your head. It is a beautiful light that comes right in, relaxes your facial muscles, relaxes your eyes, clears your mind, swirls down through the skull, relaxes any tension knots at the top of your neck. The light relaxes your jaw, relaxes your mouth, goes down into your throat, and caresses your vocal chords, actually affecting the words that you speak. The light comes all the way down into your chest and to your upper back, down to your shoulder sockets, into your arms, relaxing the biceps, to your elbows, into your forearms, playing your forearm muscles like a violin, relaxing all the tension there, into your wrist and hands. You feel the white light emanating from your palms as all the energies centers in your hands are activated in relation to all of the energy centers in your body.
Meanwhile, the light goes into your heart, sending healthy oxygenated blood to all parts of your body, really opening up arteries, veins, capillaries, taking healthy blood to the skin and cellular level, into the bones and bone marrow. Actually, affecting the glow of your skin from increased circulation, sweat glands, everything just opened up in maximum function. The light continuous down into your lungs as you breathe in, you feel your sinuses opening up, your lungs are cleansed, dark spots go away, and your lungs are white washed, take away dark spots from pollution or smoke. The light continuous into the stomach; relaxing the stomach, you may feel a gurgling sensation there. The light swirls around to the lower back, kidneys, livers; spleen, down to your medius and buttocks, all through the pelvis, into your sexual organs, nothing is left dark. The light goes to the hip joints, into your legs, inner thighs, quads, hamstrings.
Finally, down to the knee joints, really caressing the knees to the lower legs and into your feet, lots of energy on the feet, you feel the correlation with your hands and feet, heart, ground chakra, everything connected. Scan your body, make sure there is no dark places, allow the light in there, and slowly moving one leg at a time, your legs may feel a little bit heavy, place your feet flat. Gently tilt your pelvis so you feel your lower back relaxed onto the ground. Crossing it to your ankles, bring your legs in, you can take your hands on your shins, behind your legs, whatever is more comfortable for you. Good, just because you are moving, it does not mean you lose your relaxed space at all. Stretching out the lower back, extending the legs up, open to your inner thighs, circling your feet to the outside, the whole body is still relaxed, just starting to come back into your conscious awareness a little bit. Popping ankles is good. It means you zoned out a little on the meditation, reversing direction. Relax the feet entirely, straightening out the legs, opening up the floor of the pelvis around the perineum. Next, move the flow of energy, lower chakras all the way up to the crown, legs come in, turning over slowly toward us, and welcome to our due, because I barely get up.
Good, how are you doing back there? Okay? Sitting really tall, angel lift up, hair lift, relaxing forward. Just feel how much more opened your hips are, lower back, lots more forward, slowly up. Good, start to activate yausa, activate the face, the hands, the arms, wrists, okay, are you ready? Slowly coming up, we are going to stay on our mat.
