How to do Hoop Loops

This next skill builder uses hoops to build both agility and balance along with teamwork. Have the participant stand in a straight line with the hoop going over one person's head, and then from the feet upwards and over the next person. The only rule is, they must keep both hands on the hoop at all times, and as always, competition between two groups makes the exercise even more fun. To extend the competition, have the last person in line raised to front to continue the exercise.
