This next game starts with one player standing around the middle of the baseline, the partner or coach stands at the center T and tosses the medicine ball to the backhand side. The player then simulates running around their backhand by catching the ball on their forehand side to perform an inside-out forehand throw, then they recover.

In order for our athlete to move and throw the inside-out forehand with the medicine ball they must use their core muscles effectively. It's not as easy as it looks, when you realize that they are using a heavy medicine ball.
