Hi, I am Anthony Kopelli. And I have been in the cleaning business for over 30 years. And one thing that I have seen that is changed dramatically in the past five years is washing machines, laundry and laundry soap.
Well I hope to do is give you some tips that will save you money, save you energy and help you understand a little bit more about what is going on in the laundry business.
Before you standard laundry machine, we would use 28 gallons of water. When you would fill that laundry tub up, that was using 28 gallons of water and you would put your laundry soap in. Now, they cut that water use in half but people are still using the same amount of laundry soap and that is leaving that laundry such foam on your clothes.
So you have really got a look at the dilution ratio what your laundry machine is using and make sure that appropriate dilution amount of soap is being used.
And now there are kind back on these, more concentrated, make sure that you are using the appropriate amount of soap because if you are not, you are just throwing money literally down the drain.
So, while I am doing my laundry, I like to put the watering in first and then add my soap. And while the laundry is filling up, I sort out the clothes into my whites or colored because I do not want to put this really concentrated soap directly onto the clothes that is in there.
So fill up the laundry tub, once it comes to stop, then you put your clothes in, in that way that concentrated liquid will not go on to your clothes. That is the way that I get the best silky clothes and it does not get some of those soap marks on your clothes.
