How to do Military Push Up Workout

Mubarak: Today we'll do level 3 pushup, or military style pushup. When doing military pushup you want to make sure that you place your hands in front on your head, and then you are going to shift your body weight forward, so that your shoulder that directly above your hand, and your bottom with lowered.

For mid position you going to bring knees half of the floor and you are going to bring that elbows to come down towards the mat. Here and push up, here and push up. It's very important when you are doing military push up to keep your hand directly below your shoulders. You don't want to pushup which your hands in front of your head, because if it's too much strain on your shoulders and I'm Mubarak and that's your move of the week.
