We go to, passes underneath. We pass under the defense, we do a little scoop from underneath bring the stick down by the knee, this is really challenging for the girls, especially when we go to our opposite hand. But just do a couple of more strong hand pass under, try to get a little loop to the pass and the ball comes up to about the shoulder height or a little bit above for the receiver. So, then we go to the opposite hand, left hand, pass under and this becomes a lot more challenging our players to use their opposite hand and pass under. But of course, the more we work on these skills the better they will become with their opposite hands and it will become more natural in a game.
