How to do Perform the Lite Flite Drill

For spin and accuracy in movement, we are going to be using the Jugs Lite Flite. This is a one-ounce ball and above this lite spun tightly or react dramatically.

So Kacie is going to throw her Peel Drop, she is going to get into one-leg drill position which is all your weight shifted to your stride foot, nose over your toes, she is going to throw her peel drop and let's see if the Jugs Lite Flite will come in and react down dramatically, and hope your catcher won't even be able to catch it.
