Absolute nonsense...there is no science to this. What the subject may "feel" is not relevant. Just measure and you will see no difference in speed. The only thing moving fast is your money from your pocket to the unscientific trainer.

We take the harness off, let her get on the mound and to into a pitch and then her legs are going to feel really funny because the cord was doing all the work for her legs.
