How to do Rainbow Tosses

After doing your long toss, try some rainbow tosses. Standing 40 feet to your catcher, do a slow motion pitch and pitch the ball into the air as high as you can without throwing it past your catcher. So I am walking at 40 feet, I am going to really left falls their apart and see how high I can throw that ball. This is going to really help me fill my finger roll, work on some wrist, forearm and finger strength. So try rainbow tosses.
