Now let's move to Reverse Sit-ups, which again requires our athlete to lie on his back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Hands are held out to the sides for stability. Then the player tilts his pelvis by pressing his back against the ground and tightening the abdominals. Now watch him bringing his legs slowly to his chest and then lower them partially while repeating the motion.
