How to do Skull Crushers Triceps Exercise

Clay: The back at we do just one tricep exercise rest of my life it would be skull crushers, which is great for both sides and string. Let me say exactly how to do it, now began with your arms extended holding a camber bar in both hands notice that the bar bell is over my head as suppose to over my chest, just keep the tension on the triceps then slowly lower the bar to the bottom position which is at the top of your fore head not over your nose and not behind your head. Then extend the bar back up just showed a block up and here what a couple of repetition would look like from this angle.

Again notice that I am not parking out at the top now from this position you can see the grip, notice that I am grabbing that inside of the camber bar or easy bar some people called it, then I was slowly lower the bar to the top of my forehead and notice the elbows are not tucked in too tightly, some people recommend that but I find it very artificial and stress full on the elbows, although a boy blooding them player out too much turning the exercise in to a close grip bench press.
