This next group of exercises focuses on building strength in the lower body. It is important to note that all of these exercises can easily be performed on a tennis court if desired. Squats are a traditional exercise that can be performed a number of ways. Here we see our player first doing squats without any weights. Note, that athlete should not go lower than with their legs parallel to the ground and their knee should not extend pass their toes. A more challenging variation is to perform the same exercise using a medicine ball as we see here.
