Beautiful breathing is easy as we are move in to head and hands. Gentle focus through the waist. Eyes relaxed and focused on the top hand as you gently turn. Excellent relaxing through, turning one more time as your arm relaxed down, and up to reeling silk. Gently rounding through the back, back of the hands, fore arms together as you open up, easing down again working with gravity. All of the movement of life inward, upward, outward, and downward. Rounding through creating a beautiful threads of silk. Gently relaxing through the legs as the arms comes down. Moving through now, enjoying music, movement and nature as you experience the joy of Tai Chi.
