Good work. Now, you only need one of your dumbbells in the next exercise. You want your knee along your bench and your tricep kickback. Ever know the feeling it was the arm day. Elbow level with your body, keep your foot right out there behind you and make sure, really important keep the abs up, nice straight line. Elbow does not swing around, very nice that you stay in place and you flex your triceps.
So now, you turn up the weight at the ends, getting sure that triceps are getting flexed and the pain level rise. Is the pain level risen? All right.
