Female: Hi, this is the third part of Rock your body series on Body Rock TV. This third part of the whole body workout series is all about Triceps but before do not forget to do your three minutes cardio with a skipping rope. The first exercise for your triceps is this one. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of it so just pay attention to what I am doing. I am using five kilo weights because I am holding it with both hands but you can use lighter weight and do it with just one hand.
The second exercise for your triceps are dips and for dips you can use your mat if you role it like this. So this is the position and you go down like this. Do you see how it works in my triceps and again 10 reps.
The third exercise for your triceps is rollovers and I am using two kilo dumbbells and I am doing again 10 reps. You can also put your hands like this.
The fourth exercise for your triceps is these pushups. Remember to keep your elbows close to your body and then just push your weights up by extending your arms and I am going to do it again 10 reps.
So these were four different exercises for your triceps each by 10 reps which gives you one set so do the whole thing three times and you are going to get 120 reps. That is it for now and you check back for the next part of Rock Your Body on Body Rock TV.
