How to do Underhand Serving

Now, let's move to another match simulation drill which automatically places emphasis on attacking weak serves. Here, the rule adjustment which forces this behavior is simple, just have the server serve underhand and allow them only one serve. Immediately, you will see the receiver move inside the baseline and assume a much more confident, aggressive and offensive posture.

A secondary benefit is that it also forces the serving team to increase their concentration as well since holding serve will be much more difficult.
