We are going to have a little fun with Windups. It is personal preference what a pitcher does in the beginning of a pitch. So here's Kacy's normal look. Alright, so you have been doing that 50 pitchers in a row, the hitter knows exactly how to time you. Well, now let's have some fun with the hitters. Let's show them something different, let's shock them to your favorite alternative windup. There is the one Kacy made up, very aggressive, watch again.
Here you go, excellent, so we called this glove slams and that's named for her. Now instead of slamming her glove on the ground, touch your toes; get very good reports back on that one. Touch your toes, okay. Another version. Now we are going to pump it up. We are going to pump it up twice. Whoo! Whoo! Go Very good. A lot of kids seem to throw harder out of that windup. And now we pump it up one time, it's a rather common windup.
We are going to do our imitation of Cat Osterman, lefty the lefty here. Here you Cat. And your imitation of Monica, little lower, there you go, have it. Okay. Jennifer Finch windup, that's both arms dropping back. We are trying to catch the hitter off guard, show him something different, mess up their trigger and their timing and have a little fun with your windups.
