Okay, we are going to go with the four men two ball passing drill here. Two guys in the middle have balls, so throw it to the guys in the outside, get the pass right back from the guy on the outside and curl, protecting their stick, head up and then they will throw it to the other guy. Good, run through it, so that you are always moving your feet, keep moving towards the ball until you catch it. Marcel, keep your stick up. Players got to keep their stick up off the hip. Coaches, you can do this as a conditioning drill, you can do it for 30 seconds, 60 seconds, however long you want to do it.
After 30 seconds or so, you switch, let's switch the guys, outside guys come in, inside guys go out. And let's keep the drill going. Ready to go, get the ball right back form the outside, round off, run through the catch, keep moving to the ball until you get the pass back.
Four men, two ball passing, everyone's left handed now, go ahead, go, throw catch it right back, turn, throw. Have your head up. When you catch that ball in each turn, try and get it out of your stick as quick as you can. Delay a little bit, if one man catches the ball then get back to your pattern.
