Hey, it is Vince Del Monte here and we are back for our four-minute fat lost workouts. And day one was a push day, day two is our pulling day, so we are going to start off with some dead lifts. Then we are going to go into bench over rolls then we are going to do some box jumps and we are going to finish up with some assisted pull-ups.
Remember, you are going for time here, secret to these workouts is not the count reps it is to focus on getting—just go until you cannot go any longer and final weight to take you all the way to the end of the minute. You will find that it makes a huge difference in your workout intensity and your metabolic rate and the hormones you produce to get the results that you want.

If you can go for a full minute on pull-ups, be my guest. That is just the modification typically. Most people cannot go for full 60 seconds on a body weight pull-up, so do not be embarrassed if you are assisted. So you actually find more challenging than doing lap pull-down. There is day two, dead lifts, alternating bench over rolls, so the variation, I did like this plus like this and we just jump.
Two-day workout, you can rotate those workouts around. Let us say, day one on Monday and Thursday, day two on Tuesday and Friday and it is all for you, 45 sets of 20 minutes of work of weights and then you can finish off with 10 or 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. That is going to be a very crisp, it is going to be very effective fat burning workout.
