Hi. Today, I am going to show you a full body exercise that you can add to your run person’s strength training. You can use a hard bench or anything that you can safely in your weight against.

So, you put your hand on it, shoulder with apart, your feet together, and you start to raise you knees towards your chest like you are running in place.

It is really challenging. I can feel all the muscles in my body working. I have one more exercise that you can add. It is a Tricep Push Up.
So you go in the same position, shoulder with apart, hands on the well or bench or anything. Your feet together, but now you are going to go down for your tricep push up.
