This next exercise is called circle run. A great drill which athletes can either perform alone or in a competitive format. The exercise begins when a coach or partner rolls a ball towards the net. As soon as the ball is rolled, the player move to and around the ball as many times as possible before the ball reaches the net. Two players or a group can easily participate to see which player can move around the ball.
