How to do a Defense Trail Check

Now, we are going to talk about a check that is very useful for defensemen. No matter how good the defenders is there comes a time when he is going to bit or maybe there non set of situation were in needs to check the attacker from behind. This is called the trail check. It is very important check to have and you have to be patient with the check.

What is going to happen when showing the example of how the check works.
