Next thing we'll do is, just a bit of a passing pattern, it's called a double pass. So, two players will work at once, while one kind of hangs out. So Amie will play Mara, Mara will check two. Amie after she plays it -- actually I will show you quickly. So Mara checks to me, I'll play the ball nice and firm into her feet. When I play them, I take a supporting angle, back off a bit. So, I am going to take a supporting angle to my right or to my left, she'll play it back in to me, she'll spin away from the ball and I'll play a ball into a run.
So if I play her she leaves it into support, she spins away I bend it into a run and that's called a double pass, the combination with the good passing pattern to lean and teach kids. We'll watch these three do it a bit, what's important is checking to, playing the ball into your support position at an angel, spinning away and playing a nice ball into the run. Here we go, spin out and play it in and well done. To do this at the highest level we can -- the ball should be played in one touch. So, Mara check away, check two, and good Jenna check away, check two.
