We are going to work on our dodging skills. We have a series of three dodges that we would like to work on. The first one is going to be a face dodge. We are going to have our defense right now play at about 50%. Our defender right here, Caroline is in the black and Kim is going to be going at 100% working on her face dodge right to left and then probably at this angle coming back to our right hand for a shot.
When we do a face dodge it is trying to get the defender off balance for a second at the one side and then coming back to the other side very quickly trying to take advantage of that defender being off balance just a little bit. Kim go ahead.
Face dodge, goes right and left, and then brings her stick back, protects it and goes to goal. Next up, let us do another demonstration. Let us do a left hand to right hand face dodge this time. The last time was right here, Kira is going to try to set up, Kate one here, to the left side and then come back quick to the right. Ready go ahead, goes back hard right and then when we do a dodge, we have got to do a nice job of exploding out of that dodge. Casey last one. Then we are going to here what is called a face dodge, you can go either way. Whatever feels comfortable to you. This time, Abby, you are 50% again. Ready go. Comes in very good and scores.
