Hey, it is Vince DelMonte here. We are back for our Four Minute Fat Loss Workouts and Day One was a push day, Day Two is our pulling days. We are going to start of with some dead lifts, then we are going to go into bench over rose. Then we are going to do some box jumps and we are going to finish up with some assisted pull-ups.
Remember, you are going for time here. The secrets to this workout is not to count reps. It is to focus – Just go and tell you cannot go any longer and find a weight to take you all the way at the end of the minutes. You will find a mixed of huge difference in your workout intensity and your metabolic rate and the hormones you produce they will get the results that you want.

Set your timer until 60 seconds, so you will hear it beep. Okay. Do not forget that. Alright. Here we go.
I am going to go to take a little wider stance for this, work my glutes and inner groin a bit, inner thighs and make a narrow stance. Keep your back flat and sit right into the hole. You can also go like this.
If you fell you can go for a full minute on pull ups, then be my guest, for a modification tip. Because most people cannot go for full 60 seconds on a body weight pull up. So, do not be embarrassed if you have an assistant. You are actually trying to make it more challenging and do not pull down.
Here is Day Two, dead lifts, alternative bench over rolls with sort of variation. I did like this, plus like this. And we did some box jumps and finished up with pull ups. So, two-day workout.
You can rotate those workouts around. Say Day One on Monday to Thursday, Day Two on Tuesday and Friday. You can do that for four to five sets. That is 20 minutes of works, of weights, and when you can finish up with ten to twenty minutes of high intensity cardio, that is going to be a very crisp.
