Another thing, you can do more so for eye training is implement different colors. All right, we have here white, blue, yellow, green, and orange. You can have somebody put these colors behind your back and as Trish sees the color come out, she is going to call the color. She called orange, just roll it back to me. So as soon as she sees it, she is calling the colors doing a great job of that while she still stepping and keeping everything out in front.
Another way to advance that well is you can put numbers on tennis balls with permanent marker. One to 10, however many numbers you would like. You can also put numbers and colors on a tennis ball so you have to call the number and the color which is also very, very, very good for your eye training.
It is very important for you not to forget about the muscles in your eyes. They are going to make you a successful goal keeper and you need to continuously strengthen them with repetition just like we are strengthening everything else on our body.
