Hand eye training is very important. Not only to just the warm up but to your day to day goal keeping training. There is a lot of things you can do with just one partner or with yourself against a wall to help train not just your hands and your stepping but also training your eyes and getting those muscles in your eyes stronger.
A simple drill for repetition but also really to focus in on the yellow of the ball is just to have a partner or do it to yourself against a wall. Different heights, taking your hands out and really seeing the ball all the way into your hands. Almost over exaggerated in a sense where you are really accentuating following the ball into your hands at all different kinds of levels.
You can be in your living room and your parents can be watching something or reading something and be tossing you the ball at any different heights and you can work on stepping with the correct foot keeping your hands out in front and most importantly, following it all the way in.
