The final progression in the clean progression is actually getting into the clean.
So, you dress the bar, the same weight that you did for high pull.
Hands just outside of your hips, feet a little narrower that shoulder with the part. You will then get right back in to that position wrist curled, back tight and bar just slightly above the knees.
From there, you are going to go through the high pull,

And bring the elbows through finishing were you had the bar on your hands free front squat.
Drop the elbows back down,

And repeat.

And easy que for this exercise is shoulders back, curl the wrist, jump, shrug and set.
