The next drill we are going to do is lateral hoop run with a stick. We are going to start standing outside of all the hoops. You are going to put two steps in each hoop.
Good arm action. drive up, and out of the hoops. After you show that you have balanced on the side, you can go back, one, two, one, two, one, two, up and out sticking and holding out of the last hoop.
And that is lateral hoop run.
