Hi! Today, I am practicing glove jab on heavy bag

So, today, I am practicing glove jab and the kick box and until now I was practicing on kickboxing, which is a great workout, but for more challenge, I am practicing the actual martial art kickboxing.
So, I am starting with the left jab. It is the easiest punch to learn. You are standing, keep your left foot forward and your right foot back then you are going to throw a glove jab. Your shoulders are up. You are protecting your chin with your shoulder to be up like that and you are extending your arm. And, rotate it, so you are going to punch with these two knuckles.

This is a horizontal position of the fist. Yes, you are punching with the horizontal position of your fist.

And then, once you throw the punch, your arm goes back to protect your face again. And, you are moving, you always have to, ready, to move.

And, the punch goes right from your hips, because you are going to move with your hips too.

It gives you more power.
So, I think it is really cool. I really love kick box, and so I am going to practice the leg jab first and then we will go on and then we will practice all of these other punches and kicks and I am going to show you everything.
