How to do a Long Ball Pass

Next thing we use it for long ball passing, it's a weakness really for girls specially. I think especially youth teams, it's something that kids don't practice enough. We'll watch these three, we're just going to have them hit long balls over distance, try and be accurate, try and get height on the ball and distance, and ideally if they are successful there team mate should be able take it out of the air on their chest. Alright good, ideally Mara wants to get a little more height on the ball, that's a great ball Amie.
