Let us take a look at an offensive line drill where we get the players in an athletic stance. Good angles in their hips and ankles. Shoulders square, head up, and then we get them to shuffle along the line keeping wide feet, not crossing their feet over. Arms up, hands inside and working on keeping your feet apart, not crossing over.

It is a great offensive line drill for pass blocking, working on great body positions and the better players can get in really good angles with their hips, knees and ankles and stay in them angles.
