Even if you aren’t an athlete or have a hardcore workout, you should make sure to stretch your legs after you exercise. Walking, hiking, biking, rock climbing, weight-lifting… all of these should be followed with a quad stretch that is great for the front of your thighs.

How to do a Quad Stretch

Amy Mac: Hi! Everybody I'm Amy Mac. Today's fit that we're going to stretch those Squat muscles, which are on the front of your thighs. You want to start with feet shoulder with the apart. Bring one foot up behind you, grab it and hold. Now make sure your knees are even and you squeeze that stomach and breathe. Roll those shoulders back and don't lose your balance in that bent leg get away from you; over 20 to 30 seconds and then bring it down. Now lift the other leg and hold making sure your leg is in alignment with the other one, fold and bring it back down.
