Once we get that done there, we are going to start going on our knees. We will put our right knee on the ground first. Again, we are working on upper body rotation, quality release point.
Upper body rotation, consistent release point. One more time and then we will switch up the knees, upper body, consistent, good. Then we will go with the opposite let down. Upper body rotates, consistent release point. One more time here. Good and then the last and the hardest one will be on his butt with his feet on the ground. This is the hardest one because he has no legs into this, he is going to turn his upper body and work on throwing this ball with a nice good consistent release point, shoulder pass on the front line and try to get his upper body to rotate through the throw.
