In this drill, we have the machine setup at a moderate speed to get Colindy started but then it quickly gets very interesting as I start to adjust both the speed and the frequency of the feeds. Gradually putting more and more pressure on her to react quickly while keeping a cool head.

Gradually Colindy has gone so comfortable with the net that she can actually say thank you, realizing that the person hitting the ball is doing all the work. Notice how her left hand is extremely involved in presenting her racket to hit each volley.
