How to do a Quick Pass Drill

Let us take a look at an offensive lineman drill where we are working on pass setting. This is called a quick pass set. Three step drop, a one step drop where the offensive lineman needs to quickly pass that and engage a rusher. We see here the coaches are teaching them to have a good athletic stance. We also want them to be firm on the line of scrimmage keeping their shoulders back and their head back while maintaining width in their feet.

The coach is trying to set the up there in the correct angles, flat back, butt up, feet wide and then they are going to do a quick pass to assimilate engaging a rusher initially at the line of scrimmage.
