How To Stretch: Active Exercises Pt. 1
Learn how to use 5 different warm up exercises for your feet.
Female: All right, we are going to do dynamic flexibility first. This will stretch out your glutes going this way. Good. The first thing that we are going to do is we are going to run for five minutes on the treadmill. So it is just a way to get the joints and ligaments moving and the muscles warmed up. You never want to go straight into running or anything like that.
Okay step forward. Then touch down. This will stretch out your hamstrings and your lower back. Good and the back of your calves. Good. Now go this way, and stretch out your quad and your glute, more of the side of your glute. Good. Then the other quad. So dynamic flexibility just gets you going for your workout. It is a warm up and moving while stretching and balancing.
All right now we are going to go run for five minutes.
