Male: This drill we are going to do is resistance running. For Bobby, we are going to use a green or average band from a company called Jump Stretch. If you are a lighter athlete or a younger athlete, you would use a lighter resistance and we are going to travel over 15 yards. We are going to worry about that explosion out and we are going to focus on just slowing Bobby down about 10% of his normal speed. You do not want to hold them back.
This goes right around the athletes hips and then go to another athlete to stand behind holding the band with two hands the entire time and just giving him a little bit of resistance.
