This is a reverse sit up, what we want to do is lie down flat on your back with your feet slightly elevated off the floor. You then want to bring your feet up towards your face or up above your head and then back down towards the floor without touching. You could also do this exercise by grabbing on a partners ankles and bring your feet up making sure one, not to kick them and two, not to put your feet back down.
