How to do a Round House Serve

A variation of the serve which is very effective in the younger ages is what we use as a round house serve, progression from the underhand serve, kind of the theory of the T ball. So here is the T, the ball is held in the shelf out here from the shoulder and what she is going to do is use, this as her weapon, a good solid platform. When she comes around, she is actually going to bend her wrist so that it stays flat and goes straight and the idea is to get power is just to speed right here.

Use the knees, her hips and shoulders will come into it, she will square up to where it's going to and that is the round house serve. It's very effective in the younger ages, go ahead, like that and then step in great ladies, round house and that is the round house. Very effective in the younger ages. It gives them some success if they can master this. It's pretty easy to do as long as you use the right technique, that's the round house.
