How to do a Single Leg Hurdle Hop

Male: The next drill with our plyometrics is we are going to take in just like everything else we have been doing. We want to be able to work a single leg since that is something that you will be on when you are out on the field.

So, what we are going to do is take that two legged plyometric jump where it is with a stick to a one leg.

That was it, control, stick. Typically with this, we are going to go through three times on each leg and there is five hurdles here. So, three by five on each leg and that is a single leg hurdle hop with a stick.
