Hi! This is the first part of vernacular body series on Body Rock T.V. So, it is been about three weeks, three and a half weeks since I have been working out and learning about fitness and telling you all the cool stuff that I have learned. I feel good, I feel great. Changes are visible but it has still been like a kind of warm up for me and now I feel like I have to really change myself. So I put together whole body workout that is really challenging and really hard rock your body.
It is strength training with weights and cardio together. For cardio, I am going to use a skipping rope and for the strength training, I am going to use dumbbells. I have two kilos dumbbells and then I have five kilos dumbbell. The lighter ones I am using for smaller muscles groups like a biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest and the five-kilo dumbbells I am using for the bigger muscles groups, which are legs and gluts and back. You do not have to be worried that you going to get big like a bouncer from these exercises because I would never choose exercise like that for myself. From these exercise you should get a long lean muscles and more athletic body. This is really for toning out your body that is why I am doing lightweights and lot of repetitions. That would create long lean muscles, lightweights and lot of repetitions. So let get started.
So, after a short stretch we going to do 10 minutes of warm-up with the skipping rope. I am completely new at the skipping so please do not laugh. I know it is look ridiculous when I am skipping the rope but I do not care. The important thing is that I am going to get ten minutes of warm-up. And after that we are going to do our first muscle group gluts. So I am starting with the bigger muscles group which are gluts obviously the biggest muscle group on my body. Anyway, that is why I am using these five kilos weights and we are going to do three sets and 40 wraps. Yes It is going to be 120 at wraps. Sounds terrible but it is going to be feel great. I am sure about that.
You put your arms like this and then squat and first stand are going to be doubles to three doubles are slower than singles. Because you can count to two when you are doing doubles. I think it is nine, ten, and now singles. These are faster two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and now ten half squats expeller like this. Four, five, sixth, seventh, eight, nine and ten. And the last one last ten are super slow squats and that really burns when you go up try to squeeze your gluts. Just make sure that nobody stands behinds you because from behind looks really bad. Are you counting it? Six, seven, eight, nine and ten. This was the first set I am doing three sets, which gives me 120 wraps. So these was the first part of Rock your Body Series on Body Rock TV.
