Okay now so far all these drills especially the very early fundamentals of gripping. You can do by your self it helps to have a rebounder for some of this drills, but here is a competitive drill that you can do moving shooting off movement checking your three option particular your left foot forward taken the ball to your face and following through every single time and you can do this by your self and you might have a row where you have to make five in a row or six in a row or 10 in a row, before you actually stop.
So the drill looks something like this, but pay attention too to my feet. Always having the left foot forward no matter what side I am on and also taking the ball through my face and following through. Left foot forward, left foot forward, left foot forward, right through the face.
