This next exercise is the traditional Split Squat, we have now taken away the stick from over head and we have added some dumbbells by this side, and all Bobby is going to do is go through the same motion that he did with the Split Squat.

Dropping the back knee, and driving up in through that heel.

Now, with the same exercise if you do not want to hold the dumbbells by your side, you can bring them up to your shoulders,
