This is the straight leg-hip lift with your feet flat on the ball. You want to take your feet and place them so that your toes are up and the soles of your feet are on the ball. You will then drive your hips up as tall as you can, hold and come back down. This is a great exercise for your gluts, your hamstrings and your low back.
